Refund policy

- Refund policy. Digital goods delivered immediately. State the conditions under which a refund is offered (for example, within 14 days if the files cannot be opened, or at the seller's discretion), and that the licence ends on refund.
- Terms of service. Reference as the product licence; state that purchase grants a licence, not ownership.
- Privacy policy. Standard Shopify policy plus a note that support prompts in the product are run by the buyer on their own model provider account.
- Support and updates. How to report a problem (quote the prompt ID), response time, and what "update access" means for each edition.
