The Starter Kit is the core of our support-automation library. It gives you the 30 intent classifiers that cover almost every message a store receives, the key extractors for order numbers, tracking, products and email, a PII detector, and the safety prompts that keep automation honest: a low-confidence fallback, a clarifying-question generator, a human handoff brief, and a reply checker.

Every prompt is a template with defined inputs, a JSON output schema, business rules, escalation triggers, and worked examples. Fill in the variables, send it to Claude with the schema, and you get back a structured answer your helpdesk or Shopify Flow can act on.
