These terms govern your use of the KonvertCro online store and the digital products you buy from it. By placing an order or downloading a product you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
1. Who we are
KonvertCro is a business operating from Windhoek, Namibia, selling digital products for ecommerce support automation. Contact: cleancode23@gmail.com. Where these terms say "we" or "us", they mean KonvertCro. Where they say "you", they mean the person or business placing the order.
2. What we sell
Our products are digital files delivered by download: prompt libraries, schemas, datasets, code examples, guides and related documents. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page describes what the download contains and which edition you are buying.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and these terms apply to it.
4. Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars unless the store displays another currency for your region. Taxes are added at checkout where we are required to collect them.
- An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, payment failure, or a breach of these terms, and we will refund any amount already paid.
- Payment is processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
- If a price or product description is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at the wrong price.
5. Delivery
Downloads are delivered by email and through the order confirmation page as soon as payment clears. If a download link does not arrive within one hour, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number and we will resend it. Download links may expire or be limited to a number of uses; contact us if you need the link renewed.
6. Licence, not sale
Buying a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it. The licence terms are set out in the `LICENSE.md` file inside every download and are summarised on each product page. In short:
- Starter: use within one business.
- Pro: use within your business and in client projects where the materials are embedded in the delivered system.
- Agency: unlimited client projects, white-label use of the agency documents, and update access for the period stated on the product page.
You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the products as a prompt pack, template library, dataset or course material, or use them to build a competing prompt product. Embedding them in a working system you or your client operate is allowed. Passing the files themselves on to third parties is not.
If the licence file and these terms conflict, the licence file governs use of the product and these terms govern the purchase.
7. Refunds
Because products are digital and delivered immediately, our Refund Policy applies instead of a general right to return. See the Refund Policy page for when a refund is offered. A refund ends your licence to use the product.
8. Updates and support
Updates are provided at our discretion unless your edition states an update period. Support, where offered, is described on the product page. To report a problem with a product, quote the prompt ID or file name and your order number.
9. Your responsibilities
The products are implementation assets, not a finished service. You are responsible for:
- testing the prompts with your own data and configuring your own policies and thresholds;
- protecting customer data and complying with privacy, consumer-protection and other laws that apply to you and your customers;
- keeping a person in the loop for decisions that affect customers, such as refunds, account changes and safety issues;
- your use of any AI model provider, which is governed by that provider's own terms;
- keeping your download links and files secure.
10. No guarantee of results
We do not promise any level of classification accuracy, automation rate, cost saving, sales outcome or regulatory compliance. Results depend on the model, the configuration and the data you use. Any figures on our site describe our own tests and are not a guarantee of your results.
11. Intellectual property
The products, the store content, the KonvertCro name and logo are owned by KonvertCro or its licensors. You keep ownership of the output you generate by running the prompts with your own data. Nothing in these terms transfers our intellectual property to you beyond the licence granted.
12. Acceptable use
You may not use the store or the products to break the law, to harm others, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with other customers' use of the store. We may suspend access to downloads and terminate licences for breach of these terms or the licence file.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- the products and the store are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose;
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or business interruption arising from the products or the store;
- our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including where consumer-protection law in your country gives you rights that these terms cannot override.
14. Privacy
We collect and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Order details are shared with our payment and delivery providers only as needed to fulfil your order.
15. Third-party services
Running the products requires an AI model provider, such as Anthropic's Claude API, and may involve your helpdesk, Shopify store or other systems. Those services are governed by their own terms and we are not responsible for them.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Namibia, unless consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise. Before starting any formal process, contact us; most problems can be resolved directly.
